  • A RICS Level 3 Survey (formerly known as a Building Survey) is the most comprehensive residential property survey available. Suitable for older, larger, altered, or non-standard construction properties, the report offers detailed advice to help buyers understand the property's condition, plan future maintenance, and make informed purchasing decisions.

  • A Private Valuation provides an independent RICS Red Book assessment of a property's current market value.
