With over 10 years’ experience surveying and valuing properties across North Wales, Guy has worked within both independent practices and large corporate firms, giving clients the benefit of extensive local knowledge combined with industry-leading professional standards.

Guy holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Building Surveying, is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Registered Valuer and the practice is also regulated by the RICS, providing clients with confidence that every instruction is carried out to the highest professional and ethical standards.
